PanchaKosha : PanchaKosha is a foundational concept in Yoga philosophy that
describe the five layers of human existence. These layers Range from the state
of physical body to the state of bliss.
Five Aspects of Human personality :
1. Annamaya Kosha :
➤ Outermost layer of the human personality.
➤ Represents physical aspect of existence.
2. Pranamaya Kosha :
➤ Governs functions such as breath,
circulation, and energy flow.
3. Manomaya Kosha :
➤ Mental and emotional aspect of personality.
➤ Encompasses thoughts, emotions, and
perceptions
4. Vijnanmaya Kosha :
➤ Intellectual aspect of human
personality.
➤ Shapes beliefs, values, and worldview.
5. Anandamaya Kosha :
➤ Innermost layer of human personality
➤ State of pure joy and spiritual
fulfillment
Karmendriyas : Pancha Karmendriyas is
a concept in Hindu philosophy, that refers to the five faculties of action or
the five senses. These are - Vak , Hasta, Pada, Payu and Upastha.
Balance Diet : Balance Diet involves consuming the right quantities of foods from all food groups in order to maintain a healthy body weight and Nutrition. A balanced diet provides the necessary nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and energy required for the proper functioning of the body.
Pranayama : Pranayama is the yogic practice of breath control. It is one of the eight limbs of Yoga and it directly influences the Pranamaya Kosha.
Pancha Gyanendriyas : The term “Pancha Gyanendriyas” refers to the five sensory organs. These are - Eyes, Nose, Ear, Tongue and Skin.
Self-realization : Self-realization refers to realizing one's true eternal self or soul. It is discovering who we really are beyond the limitations of name, form and ego.
Sat-Chit-Ananda : Sat-Chit-Ananda is a fundamental concept in Vedanta that describes the true absolute nature of consciousness or Brahman. It defines consciousness as having three essential qualities or attributes :
