Participation : 
Participation in political leadership refers to the active engagement of individuals or groups in the political process of making decisions and directing the affairs of a country or organization.


Research :
 
Research is a systematic process of collecting and analyzing information to increase our understanding on a particular topic.


Quantitative Research :
